One of the most pressing concerns for a food allergy mom is traveling. So many questions start to race through your mind… Where can we go? Where can we eat? Do we have to bring our own food? How many Epi-injectors should I bring along? What if there’s an emergency? Is there a doctor in the area? The list of questions goes on an on. But no mother wants to limit life experiences for her child, because once you start saying no to certain things, you’re allowing food allergies to take control. You’re allowing food allergies to get in the way of a good time.
Luckily, there are people out there who understand, and one of those people is Sarah from Gluten-Free Dairy-Free Walt Disney World. Sarah works tirelessly to provide accurate dining reviews to the food allergy community and ensure your experience at the Magic Kingdom is the best it can possibly be. Breakfast, lunch, dinner - you name it. Just enter in a time and location, and she more than likely has the review you’re looking for.
So here’s to you, Sarah. Because of your amazing work, you have put the minds of so many families across America at ease. We cannot thank you enough for that.
