New Take On an Old Favorite

Ever get stuck in a rut? Doing the same old routine, going to the same old local spots, eating the same old foods. It’s so easy to live in autopilot, not having to think about what’s next. Well, it’s time to shake things up a bit! Start off easy by maybe working out in the morning instead of the evening, going to a new restaurant or trying out a new recipe.

I’m the first to admit, I get comfortable on autopilot. Too comfortable, actually, especially when it comes to eating the same foods over and over. Heck, I ate a peanut butter and jelly sandwich every day for 4 years when I was in high school. If that isn’t boring, I don’t know what is. Haha Well anyways, I think it’s time to start shaking things up, don’t you?! It’s time to shake things up a bit. What better way to start than trying out this new take on an old favorite?
