We've said it before and we'll say it again - CHERRIES! Cherries contain quercetin and are amazing for headache & migraine relief, among other qualities. They can also help with insomnia, join pain and muscle repair. They're simply amazing! The only thing is, when you get a migraine attack you're not really up for running to the store to buy a bag of cherries. Instead, prepare ahead of time and make yummy cherry popsicles to have on hand for when that painful migraine attacks. They're easy to make and oh-so-delicious!
