Happy Food Allergy Awareness week! Most of you probably are aware that FARE (then FAAN) created this educational week in 1998 to spread awareness about Food Allergies. 

Over 15 million Americans are affected by Food Allergies, and the number grows every year. Learning that you or someone you love has a food allergy or intolerance can be scary and difficult, but there are many resources out there that offer free educational materials, tools, and support.
