Let’s be honest. Not all of us have time to prepare healthy meals all the time. It’s something that takes more time and effort than we are willing to give up. Why sacrifice that little bit of extra sleep or that time hanging out with friends, when you can just grab lunch out or stop by the drive through? However, let’s take a second to think about this from another viewpoint. Have you ever thought what would happen if you started fueling your body with healthy, filling, and nutritious meals? When you don’t take care of your body, how do you feel? Sluggish, tired and not very motivated, right? Maybe this is the real reason you feel like eating healthy is nearly impossible in today’s fast pace world. We all know eating healthy gives us energy. On the flip side, we shouldn’t be shocked that eating non-nutritious meals would do just the opposite. I firmly believe that taking the time to prepare healthy meals gives us more energy (less desire to sleep all the time) and helps us connect with more people that share the same views (spend quality time with more friends). It’s not as impossible as you might think!
