I scream, you scream we all scream for ice cream! Yeah, well, not as many of us as there used to be. As we discover the dangers of sugar, and more importantly, the threat that dairy poses upon those with dietary allergies, ice cream is becoming less of an enticing treat. IS is very difficult to curb your appetite for that creamy cold goodness that is ice cream, but I have found an amazing alternative! I love it and I am quite certain that you will as well! Check out our Tip of the Week episode, Banana Ice Cream, on YouTube now for the recipe!
