I’m just going to start by telling you all how excited I am about this week. Most people have probably heard of shaving zucchini and using that as pasta. But how about slicing it for a ravioli dish?! It’s genius really. I stumbled on this recipe by accident, but I’m sure glad I did. I’ve got to give it to CupcakesOMG for this amazing dish, and for curing my addiction.
