A gluten free, guilt free recipe to cure any snack lovers craving

Sweets definitely have their place in my life. I mean, who doesn’t love a good brownie or a nice refreshing slice of watermelon. You can’t beat it.

However, sometimes, that just won’t suffice. There are those days when all I want is something salty and savory. Something with a nice crunch to it. And no vegetable will handle this craving. I know y’all know exactly what I’m talking about. But you might be asking yourself, how do you cure this craving without scarfing down entire bag of potato chips? Well I have the answer for you. I’d like to introduce you all to my new favorite snack food, the sunflower cracker! Yep, that was not a typo. A crispy, crunchy & salty treat that is satisfying enough for the snack lover, but nutritious enough for the health fanatic. *Tip- play around with the flavors a little. You could try different flavors like salt & vinegar, cheese, spicy cayenne or even dill. The list is endless!
