Combine this little life enhancing smoothie with a 5 min mediation before your morning shower. Tomorrow 2015 begins and 365 mornings from today your newly embraced habits as of today will have determined a new you. ;)

Berry-Ginger-Kale Smoothie

“Officially making your cells sing hallelujah.”

In a mixer, add:

1 organic banana (I usually have them pre-peeled in the freezer)

1 organic kale leaf

1 scoop organic berries

½ inch fresh ginger

1 cup organic rice/almond/oat milk
